Registration cancellation

until 31 July 2026

The Organizers, through the PCO company, will withhold from the paid registration fee the amount of:

- € 30 (VAT included) for FASE Members & Students

- € 50 (VAT included) for Non-Members

Registration cancellation starting with 01 August 2026:

There will be no refunding of the registration fees.

Refund

of the registration fees

The amounts corresponding to cancelled registration fees (in accordance with the terms and conditions above) will be refunded within 60 days from the conclusion

of the event.

Change of a participant

The Organizers will charge € 10 (VAT included) / participant.

Deadline for participant’s change or replacement 31 July 2026; after this date, no other changes / replacements will be accepted.

The registered participant / the partner company supporting groups shall inform the PCO company - Ralcom Exhibitions srl on the cancellation / change / replacement by sending an e-mail at registration@ralcom.ro.
